SHE INSPIRES Awards not only recognise the achievements of women in the community, but also enables award winners to grow and share their experiences with others in the community.

Each award winner will be expected to commit few hours of their time to one of the chosen charities, culminating in 100 hours of service to the region.

This additional aspect of the Awards maximises its inspiration and commitment to the community like no other Awards process.

BACKUP NorthWest – 2023 Local Charity of the Year

LittleBigHelp – 2023 Global Charity of the Year

Our Charity Partner of the Year 2022

Our consultant-led team of doctors, nurses and other professional staff provide expert care and support for local people with terminal or life-limiting illnesses and their families, in the hospice and at home. We not only take care of patients' physical needs, we consider their emotional, spiritual and social needs too. And we support families and close friends, both during illness and in bereavement.

Dedicated and dignified care

We care for patients throughout their illness, helping to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. We also provide compassionate, dedicated and dignified care for patients at the end of their life.

Girls Out Loud – 2021 Cause Partner

Girls Out Loud is a UK based social enterprise set up in 2009 by serial entrepreneur, author, coach, speaker, trainer and female champion Jane Kenyon.  Jane had spent the previous 15 years as an entrepreneur in the personal development arena working exclusively with women and felt the need to expand her legacy to working with teen girls. At the time the UK had the highest teen pregnancy in Europe, low teen aspirations and mental health issues were just starting to peek around the corner in every school Pastoral meeting.
